I have water in my wisdom
Wood in my bones
Sunlight shining
In my mind
Spirit, heart
And soul

I’m printed on my fingers
Like the seeds and shells
And like the leaves
My hair too changes
Naturally
With cycles, seasons

My eyes sometimes do cry
Go gray like clouds in the sky
But with the water
Cleansed, renewed
To clear way for
A great bright blue

Sky
Gaze
Embrace
Surrounded by the beauty
I reflect
All that I see
