The birds know
When to go
Who are we
To deny them
The trees grow
Know when to change
Are we as wise
To do the same
The vines climb
As the light shines
Is there something
In their wisdom
The earth turns
Heals, renews
Is some of this
Inside of you
Thoughts of family history, (im)migration, seasons, cycles…Could there be a greater wisdom pulsing through all of us here on earth?

Wow…Got touched by this poem. Reminded me of how soothing Mother Naure can be…feeling the trees’ arms surround us….watching the birds hop around…feeling the sun rays radiate us.
Thank you for sharing this one with us. You brought a smile to my face and warm memories of us back in the good ol’ days. Hugs!
Hi Laney! How are you today? It’s wonderful to receive your note & hug 🙂 I’m so glad you enjoyed the poem. Yes– I too am so thankful for the peace, wisdom, inspiration I find in Nature’s embrace. I am also warmed by the thought of your smile and friendship 🙂 Sending you a great, big, ol’ hug my friend and lots of love always!
