SILENCE – By ElizaBeth Coira

It was not only International Day of the Forests, but also World Poetry Day woohoo! To celebrate both, thought I’d share one more love poem for my all-mighty Mother Nature before the stroke of midnight. Enjoy 💙🌲💙

ElizaBeth Coira - The Home Grown Sojourner

Silence
When tickled
With bird song
And sunshine

Could there be
Any other
Sound
More divine

Away from the hustle
Bustle of busy
Traffic, pollution
Of mind
Body
Soul

Sitting silently
Beneath the canopies
Of pine trees that love
To keep the peace
