The light of love
To weather storms
Cleanse my mind
Hold my soul
It lives within
My gentle heart
I open up
To let me grow
Just like the tree
Full of knots
Battle haggard
Wounds and scars
I too will keep
Growing, stretching
Up to the light
Of mother sun
Inside I’ll keep
My fire burning
Feeding, learning
Hoping, healing
Rekindling
Rejuvenating
Now rise, renew
My nascent soul
The light of love is beautiful.
💙 beautiful n wonderful 💙
