About

ElizaBeth CoiraHowdy Friend and Welcome!
I’m ElizaBeth Coira, the Home Grown Sojourner. I’m a writer, poet, photographer, facilitator, and consultant on a mission– to learn from the people, places, and landscapes that grace our amazing planet. I hope you’ll enjoy my poetry, photography, articles, workshops and more; all framed by the simple guiding principle of Love.

Philosophy
My journey involves navigating different physical places and spaces indeed, but also those of the heart and mind. Though it may sound cliché, I truly believe we live in a beautiful world; we have only to open our lives to see it, breathe it, love it, and live it each moment. I know…it may sound a bit crazy; after all, we can’t control everything the world throws our way. And it’s certainly not all easy, pretty or perfect. We do, however, have a superpower on our side, in our pockets, in every moment, whether we realize it or not…that is the power of Choice.

We have the power, through Choice, to mindfully shape our realities, purposefully build our lives, and care-fully commit our intents to nothing more than simple Love. Go ahead…I invite you to try it…start with a little bit…each day…like trying on clothes…Love looks good on you and me and all of us!
