Child heart

In the breeze
Sail away

From predatory
Transgressions
And obsessions.
Like the dragonfly
Float on by
Let the sun
Illuminate
The sound
And feel
Of gentle waves
Will cleanse
Release the chains

Expect nothing
But a struggle in life
A struggle is all that we seek
So go ahead and follow
Invite the battle
Adopt your script
Play your role in the fight
But what if the world
Doesn’t follow a book
And you have the power
To craft your own story

Welcome to the playground
