Slow release
From stress
anger
depression
Patience
And tolerance
Peace
Serenity
Respond
Not react
Restart this life
You are free to be as you please
Crawl with the ants
Shine with the sun
Listen with the moon
Lean with the trees
Bloom with the flowers
Float butterfly
Transform
Begin anew
